Refund Policy for Individual Courses:

Live Webinar CE Courses
- Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled live event to be eligible for a full refund.
- If a registrant misses the live event or is dissatisfied with the session, we are happy to offer a course credit transfer to another course of equal CE value.
Recorded Webinar CE Courses
- Refunds are eligible only if the course was purchased within the last 30 days and has not been completed (i.e., the Certificate of Completion has not been issued).
- If you no longer wish to take the course or are unsatisfied with it, we’re happy to offer a credit transfer to another course of equal CE value—again, provided that the original course has not been completed.

Refund Policy for Certification Programs:

Live Version
- Cancellation and refunds are only eligible if the refund was requested 48 hours before the scheduled FIRST SESSION
- If the customer did not cancel the registration within 48 hours and missed the live event, or was unsatisfied from it – We can transfer credits to another course of their choice (with the same number of CE credit)
Recorded Version
- Refunds are only eligible if the course was purchased within 30 days or less given that the course has not been completed (i.e., you have not received the Certificate of Completion).
- If the customer doesn’t want the course anymore, or was unsatisfied from it – We can transfer credits to another course of their choice (with the same number of CE credit)

Refund Policy for Memberships:

Refunds for memberships are available under the following conditions:
- You must have completed fewer than 3 courses as part of your membership. Refunds will not be issued if 3 or more courses have been completed.
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of the membership purchase.
- For membership subscription renewals, the refund request must be made within 30 days after the membership renewal purchase.
- To disable auto-renewal for future billing cycles, please contact our support team. Our representatives will assist you with processing your request.
- Regarding membership downgrades, members may request a downgrade of their membership within 14 days of their initial purchase. Upon approval, the price difference between membership tiers will be refunded to the original payment method.Â
This policy is in place to prevent misuse by those who might attempt to take full advantage of our content without genuine commitment.

To request a refund or course exchange, please email our support team at support@ecarebehavioralinstitute.com with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used for the purchase
- Order number or receipt
- A brief explanation of your request
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and/or exchanges will be added to your account promptly.
Additional Notes
- Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
- This refund policy applies only to purchases made directly through eCare Behavioral Health Institute.
- We reserve the right to update this policy at any time to ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements. Changes will be communicated via our website.
