Thinking About Ethics is designed to review, consider and learn the guiding principles which define good ethical practice for mental health practitioners/therapists in counseling settings. Across all disciplines, ethical care and service to patients are stressed in “best practices” discussions and decisions. Thinking About Ethics offers philosophical support and guidance based on common State Statues (Law) governing ethical conduct.
Trust-building is crucial in therapist and counselor relationships and is founded on standard practices and procedures.
