Dr. Love is originally from South Central Los Angeles and served over 14 years in the military as an HR Personnel Manger followed by a career in Financial Services. Overtime, she earned the designation of “Professional Dedicated to Listening“ from individuals in her community. After spending 8 years in financial services, she decided to follow her true calling and focus on dedicating her time to sharing knowledge with others. She has continuously excelled through an environment of peril with a positive attitude and successful track record.  She has consistently taught others to work their plan while not letting the plan work them. She loves teaching adult learners both on ground and online. She equally love working with clients from all walks of life with a special emphasis on those within marginalized groups. She also love learning from her students just as much as she enjoys sharing her experiences coupled with academic and behavioral theory.

She earned her Doctorate in Business from the University of Phoenix, Masters in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University and a Masters in Arts in Counseling from Webster University. She published 2 books. In one of her books called Journey From Survivor to Overcomer. She introduced The L.O.V.E. Model which is a template that can be applied in an array of situations. The L.O.V.E. Model has provided renewed strength to individuals that lost their direction. The model gave new insight to professionals and clients regarding growth and expectations. She uses this model in her personal life and tries to implement it in the classroom and in therapy through her direct and humor filled approach.
