Dr. Stephanie Sarkis

Dr. Stephanie Sarkis is a licensed mental health counselor, best-selling author, and internationally recognized expert in ADHD. With over 20 years of clinical experience, she specializes in diagnosing and treating ADHD across the lifespan, including assisting clients with ADHD who have experienced narcissistic abuse.

Dr. Sarkis is the author of eight books and three workbooks, including 10 Simple Solutions to Adult ADD, Natural Relief for Adult ADHD, and Executive Function Difficulties in Adults, widely used by clinicians and clients alike. Her research on pediatric executive function and comorbid ADHD was published in the Journal of Attention Disorders, and she was named a Diplomate and Clinical Mental Health Specialist in Child and Adolescent Counseling by the American Mental Health Counselors Association—an honor held by only 20 professionals nationwide. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Sarkis has taught graduate-level diagnosis, assessment, and counseling ethics courses at the University of Florida and Florida Atlantic University.

She holds a PhD, EdS, and MEd in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Florida, ranked a #1 counselor education program by U.S. News & World Report.
