For individual courses: If you complete a course and feel unsatisfied, we won’t hesitate to give you 100% of your money back, or additional free CE credits to use for any other training of your choice. We’ll even let you keep your certificate!
For memberships: If you register for our membership but feel unsatisfied with your learning experience… we’ll give you 100% of your money back. You can even keep your CE certificates! (You must attend at least 10 courses to be eligible for a refund)

Yes! The video recording will be added into your account dashboard within 48 hours after the live session with an email notification of instructions. You will also receive home-study CE credits for watching the recording.
Yes. (If you’re from Florida, Ohio, & South Carolina). We report CEs to the CE broker daily for courses completed the day before. For both live and recorded webinars.
If you do not achieve a passing score, you have 3 attempts to pass the quiz. You will also be told which of your answers were incorrect before you retake the quiz after a failed attempt.
