Refund Policy for Individual Courses:
Live Webinar CE Courses
- Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled live event to be eligible for a full refund.
- If a registrant misses the live event or is dissatisfied with the session, the payment will be converted into a CE Credit Fund, which can be used toward another course of the customer’s choice on a future purchase.
Recorded Webinar CE Courses
- Refunds are eligible only if the course was purchased within the last 30 days and has not been completed (i.e., the Certificate of Completion has not been issued).
- If a registrant no longer wishes to take the course or is dissatisfied with it, the payment will be converted into a CE Credit Fund, which can be used toward another course of the customer’s choice on a future purchase, provided that the original course has not been completed.
Refund Policy for Certification Programs:
Live Version
- Cancellation and refunds are only eligible if the refund was requested 48 hours before the scheduled FIRST SESSION
- If the customer did not cancel the registration within 48 hours and missed the live event, or is unsatisfied with the training, the payment will be converted into a CE Credit Fund, which can be used toward another course of the customer’s choice on a future purchase.
Recorded Version
- Refunds are only eligible if the course was purchased within 7 days or less given that the course has not been completed (i.e., you have not received the Certificate of Completion).
- If the customer doesn’t want the course anymore, or is dissatisfied with it, the payment will be converted into a CE Credit Fund, which can be used toward another course of the customer’s choice on a future purchase.
Refund Policy for Memberships:
Refunds for memberships are available under the following conditions:
- You must have completed fewer than 3 courses as part of your membership. Refunds will not be issued if 3 or more courses have been completed.
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of the membership purchase.
- For membership subscription renewals, the refund request must be made within 30 days after the membership renewal purchase.
- To disable auto-renewal for future billing cycles, please contact our support team. Our representatives will assist you with processing your request.
- Regarding membership downgrades, members may request a downgrade of their membership within 14 days of their initial purchase. Upon approval, the price difference between membership tiers will be refunded to the original payment method.
This policy is in place to prevent misuse by those who might attempt to take full advantage of our content without genuine commitment.
Refund Policy for Bundles:
- Refunds for bundles are available within 14 days of purchase only if no individual course within the bundle has been completed and no CE certificates have been issued.
- Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available.
- If refund eligibility is not met, the payment will be converted into a CE Credit Fund, which can be used toward another course of the customer’s choice on a future purchase. Requests may be submitted by emailing support@ecarebehavioralinstitute.com.
Refund Policy for Masterclass CE Upgrade Purchases:
CE Upgrades for Live Masterclasses:
- Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled live event.
- No refunds will be issued for missed live events, since the recorded version is included with the ability to earn home-study CE credits
- However, if you are not satisfied with the training content, the payment will be converted into a CE Credit Fund, which can be used toward another course of the customer’s choice on a future purchase.
Recorded Masterclasses:
- Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase, provided that no CE certificate has been generated or downloaded.
- If a refund is not eligible, the payment will be converted into a CE Credit Fund, which can be used toward another course of the customer’s choice on a future purchase.
Refund Policy for Digital Tool-Based Products:
Including clinical toolkits, ebooks, in-session guides, templates, assessment packs, and AI-powered learning tools:
These types of products are covered by a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, email support@ecarebehavioralinstitute.com within 7 days of your purchase date to request a full refund. Refund requests submitted outside the 7-day window will not be approved. As these are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, refunds are not available after the 7-day period has elapsed.
How To Request a Refund:
To request a refund or course exchange, please email our support team at support@ecarebehavioralinstitute.com with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used for the purchase
- Order number or receipt
- A brief explanation of your request
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and/or CE Credit Fund will be applied to your account promptly.
Additional Notes
- Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
- This refund policy applies only to purchases made directly through eCare Behavioral Health Institute.
- We reserve the right to update this policy at any time to ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements. Changes will be communicated via our website.
CE Credit Fund refers to a store credit issued to your account that can be applied toward future course purchases with ECare Behavioral Health Institute.
How to Use Your CE Credit Fund:
- The credit will be applied to your ECare account once issued.
- You may use the available balance toward any eligible course purchase on our website.
- During checkout, select CE Credit Fund as a payment option to apply your available credit.
- If the purchase amount exceeds your available credit, you may pay the remaining balance using another payment method.
