Dr. Kimberly Miller has been employed and licensed as an LPC and LCAS in North Carolina and Georgia for eighteen combined years in the counseling and managed care field and has taught simultaneously for ten years in the graduate and undergraduate courses in the psychology and counseling departments at a private university since 2008. She has earned a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling and a PhD in Clinical Counseling; Her professional experience includes; the provision of at-risk child/adolescent therapy, MH/SA/IDD child and adult crisis therapy, served as Executive Director for a residential facility for individuals with physical and behavioral disabilities, directed services specific to substance use disorders, and most recently as Consumer Rights Officer and Lead Investigator and special reviews in the field of mental health.
