Led by the experienced Robin Bilazarian, LCSW, this course goes beyond traditional talk therapy. EFT and Tapping offer a holistic approach, engaging the mind-body connection to address the core of emotional struggles. Uncover the secrets of sending calming signals to the brain’s amygdala, allowing the prefrontal cortex to take charge of executive functions and emotional well-being.
In this presentation, delve into the wealth of research—275 projects strong—validating the efficacy of EFT for various mental health disorders. Focus on practical applications, honing the power of EFT Tapping to release the grip of fear, anxiety, despair, depression, and even physical pain.
Objectives:
- Analyze the origin and efficacy of the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), including peer reviewed, published research. Â
- Describe how to utilize exposure techniques and tapping to reduce client distress.
- Explain how to Integrate EFT, a mind-body treatment, to desensitize unwanted thoughts, emotions, and physical discomfort.

Robin Bilazarian, LCSW, DCEP
Robin Bilazarian, LCSW, DCEP, International EFT Master Trainer, has more than 45 years as a seasoned clinician, author, researcher and international trainer. Her passion for the past 27 years, is to blend mind-body, somatic therapies into mainstream practice. Her integrative book, Tapping the Mighty Mind-Simple Solutions for Stress, Conflict and Pain (Amazon) incorporates many mind-body techniques with traditional therapies. She is a graduate of UPenn and UNC-Chapel Hill Schools of Social Work with placement at Duke Medical Outpatient Clinic. She works extensively in Mental Health with experience in inpatient, community mental health, private practice and most recently, as an Employee Assistance Counselor for 14 years at a NJ Regional Trauma Hospital and Medical School where she utilized mind-body and traditional therapies.
