Dr. Tenille Richardson-Quamina, LCSW
Dr. Tenille Richardson-Quamina, LCSW, CSAT-Candidate, is a skilled therapist with over 21 years of experience in family services and child welfare. Her passion for helping individuals and families navigate the negative effects of the internet led her to found New Creations Counseling Services in 2016. As the internet continues to play a central role in our daily lives, Dr. Tenille is committed to developing innovative therapeutic techniques and psychoeducational workshops to help clients overcome online addictions, cyberbullying, and online affairs. Drawing from her extensive research and training, Dr. Tenille has developed a unique approach to therapy that empowers individuals to take control of their online behavior and build healthy relationships with technology. She is a Clinical Social Worker licensed by the state of Florida and a Certified Sex Addictions Therapist-Candidate, with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Howard University, a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore, and a Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Virginia Tech.
National Approvals
eCare BHI, as the accredited and approved sponsor, maintains responsibility for all the programs and must abide by each board’s continuing education guidelines.

E Care Behavioral Health Institute, #1706, is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved as ACE providers. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit.
