Dr. Eboni Webb

Eboni Webb, PsyD, HSP, earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology (MSPP). She began her career at Mental Health Systems, PC (MHS), where she developed DBT programs for clients with developmental disabilities and borderline intellectual functioning. Dr. Webb is comprehensively certified in DBT, MBSR, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.

As an internationally recognized DBT trainer, Dr. Webb conducts continuing education for clinicians through various organizations. In 2010, she founded The Village of Kairos in Middle Tennessee, offering specialized DBT programs for trauma-based and co-occurring disorders. The Village provides individual and group therapy for adolescents, parents, families, and adults, emphasizing a supportive community approach to mental health. Dr. Webb believes in the power of a village to restore lives.
