Dr. Tenille Richardson-Quamina, LCSW

Dr. Tenille Richardson-Quamina, LCSW, CSAT-Candidate, has worked in family services and child welfare for over 21 years. After experiencing a steep increase in clients seeking therapy due to issues with the internet, Dr. Tenille went into action. In the era of escalating negative Internet behaviors, it became her mission to help men, women, and teens stop the Internet from being a problem in their life or relationship. She has clocked thousands of hours researching, training, and creating unique tools to counter “The Internet Effect.”

She founded New Creations Counseling Services in 2016 and has developed customized therapy techniques and preventative psychoeducational workshops to help her clients and the community overcome online addictions, cyberbullying, and online affairs. Dr. Richardson-Quamina is a Clinical Social Worker licensed by the state of Florida and a Certified Sex Addictions Therapist-Candidate. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Howard University, Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore, and Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Virginia Tech.
