Dr. Vicki Steine is a DSc, LCSW, BCHN, IFNCP, who has over 25 years of experience as a social worker, both in inpatient and outpatient settings. She has a private practice in the Atlanta area where she works with children and adults dealing with various conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, Tourette’s syndrome, addiction, and trauma. Dr. Steine earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia and her Doctorate of Science in Holistic Nutrition from Hawthorn University. She is certified by the National Association of Nutrition Professionals as a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist and by the Integrated and Functional Nutrition Academy as a Nutrition Certified Practitioner.

Dr. Steine combines her expertise as a social worker and a nutrition educator to assist her clients in overcoming challenges such as disorganization, lack of focus, anxiety, and depression, which may prevent them from living fulfilling lives. She uses an integrated approach that includes nutrition, mind-body exercises, and traditional psychotherapy methods like Cognitive Behavior Therapy to optimize her clients’ well-being. She has delivered educational workshops and spoken at several conferences, sharing her knowledge on the benefits of nutrition for improving mental health with professionals and lay people alike.

Dr. Steine has personal experience with the effectiveness of a holistic approach in her own life. She used nutrition and supplements to recover from a near-death boating accident and a period of severe depression.
