Developmental Perspective of Personality Development

This presentation offers a historical view of earlier DSM III-DSM 4-TR diagnostic criteria in relation to social, cultural and familial “norms”. It gives explanation to the early bias that was globally accepted and there after cultural shift that initiated viewing psychopathology from a different perspective.
